Rice Wine Scrambled Eggs (No Salt) Recipe
You all have been asking for easy recipes with red rice wine. Here's one that we cook a lot at home whenever we want to mix things up and get a healthy no-salt kick to it. - Thinly Sliced Ginger
Instructions
- Crack the eggs into a bowl.
- Whisk until well combined.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Stir fry the ginger on the skillet until golden brown
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet.
- Pour the Ye Traditions Red Rice Wine over the egg.
- Mix it together.
- Serve immediately.
